Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all users of the Go-Ride and Go-Drive apps, including Riders and Drivers, and to all services provided through the WadiGo Platform, which includes our apps, websites, features, and other services (collectively, the “WadiGo Platform”). Please remember that your use of the WadiGo Platform is also subject to our Terms of Service.

Wadina Hub is the developer and operator of the WadiGo Platform, which includes the Go-Ride app for users and the Go-Drive app for drivers. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The Information We Collect

When you use the WadiGo Platform, we collect the information you provide, usage information, and information about your device. We also collect information about you from other sources like third-party services and optional programs in which you participate, which we may combine with other information we have about you. Here are the types of information we collect about you:

A. Information You Provide to Us

• Account Registration. When you create an account with Go-Ride & Go-Drive, we collect the information you provide us, such as your name, email address, phone number, birth date, and payment information. You may choose to share additional info with us for your Rider profile, like your photo or saved addresses (e.g., home or work), and set up other preferences (such as your preferred pronouns).

• Driver Information. If you apply to be a Driver, we will collect the information you provide in your application, including your name, email address, phone number, birth date, profile photo, physical address, government identification number (such as social security number), driver’s license information, vehicle information, and car insurance information. We collect the payment information you provide us, including your bank routing numbers and tax information. Depending on where you want to drive, we may also ask for additional business license or permit information or other information to manage driving and programs relevant to that location. We may need additional information from you at some point after you become a Driver, including information to confirm your identity (like a photo).

• SOS Contact Information. We will collect the contact list permission to list the contacts while adding the SOS contacts for user & driver app.

• Ratings and Feedback. When you rate and provide feedback about Riders or Drivers, we collect all of the information you provide in your feedback.

• Communications. When you contact us or we contact you, we collect any information that you provide, including the contents of the messages or attachments you send us.

B. Information We Collect When You Use the WadiGo Platform

• Location Information. Great rides start with an easy and accurate pickup. The WadiGo Platform collects location information (including GPS and WiFi data) differently depending on your app settings and device permissions as well as whether you are using the platform as a Rider or Driver:

  • Riders: We collect your device’s precise location when you open and use the Go-Ride app, including while the app is running in the background from the time you request a ride until it ends. Go-Ride also tracks the precise location of scooters and e-bikes at all times.
  • Drivers: We collect your device’s precise location when you open and use the app, including while the app is running in the background when it is in driver mode. We also collect precise location for a limited time after you exit driver mode in order to detect ride incidents, and continue collecting it until a reported or detected incident is no longer active.

• Usage Information. We collect information about your use of the WadiGo Platform, including ride information like the date, time, destination, distance, route, payment, and whether you used a promotional or referral code. We also collect information about your interactions with the WadiGo Platform like our apps and websites, including the pages and content you view and the dates and times of your use.

• Device Information. We collect information about the devices you use to access the WadiGo Platform, including device model, IP address, type of browser, version of operating system, identity of carrier and manufacturer, radio type (such as 4G), preferences and settings (such as preferred language), application installations, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens. If you are a Driver, we also collect mobile sensor data from your device (such as speed, direction, height, acceleration, deceleration, and other relevant metrics) to enhance the driving experience and ensure safety.

C. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the WadiGo Platform and our services.
• To process transactions and send you related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices.
• To communicate with you, including responding to your comments, questions, and requests, and providing customer support.
• To send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
• To monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the WadiGo Platform.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities.
• To personalize your experience and provide you with content and advertisements that are relevant to you.

D. Sharing Your Information

We may share your information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers. We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services on our behalf or assist us in providing the WadiGo Platform.
• For Legal Reasons. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
• Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

Leaderboard Participation (For Drivers Go-Drive APP) :

Go-Drive includes a leaderboard to recognize top-performing drivers. The leaderboard displays driver names, number of rides completed, and total earnings.

• Data Collected for Leaderboard:
  We collect the number of rides completed, total earnings, and driver names to determine the rankings on the leaderboard.

• Public Display of Data:
  Your driver name, the number of rides completed, and your total earnings will be visible on the leaderboard within the app. The leaderboard is designed to allow drivers to compare their performance against others (e.g., who is in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place).

• No Personal Contact Information Displayed:
  Only your driver name (or username, if applicable), ride count, and earnings are shown on the leaderboard. No personal contact information (e.g., phone number, email) or sensitive data will be displayed.

• Data Retention and Visibility:
  The leaderboard data is updated daily and reflects the most recent performance. We retain leaderboard data for 90 days, after which it will be archived or removed.

• Data Security:
  We take necessary measures to ensure the security of your leaderboard data. All data related to the leaderboard is stored and processed in a secure manner.

E. Your Rights and Choices

You have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

• The right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you.
• The right to request a copy of your personal information.
• The right to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on your consent to process your personal information.

F. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
